Exchanges are accepted strictly within 7 (seven) days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

We regret to inform customers that refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Deliveries within the Gauteng Province will be completed within an estimated 2–4 working days.

Deliveries to neighboring provinces will be completed within an estimated 4–7 working days.

Pre-ordered items may require an extended lead time for delivery. Customers will be advised accordingly.
